Our arm sleeves come in 3 sizes:

S (UK 6-8): 34cm long, 11.5cm wide
M (UK 10-12): 35cm long, 13cm wide
L (UK 14-16): 36cm long, 14.5cm wide

Width is measured flat across the sleeve (half the full circumference).

The silicone grip at the top should sit snugly on your arm to stop any movement while you run.
