MILEOFF RETURN POLICY
If something’s not quite right, no worries—you can send it back to us within 30 days in the same condition that you received it. Just make sure the item is tucked back into its clear zip bag with the swing tag still attached.

Please note a 22AED charge will be deducted to cover the cost of arranging the return
FOR UK AND ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We’d love it if you could reuse our lime-branded bag for the return, ensuring the correct postage is applied so it arrives safely back to us.
Don't forget to pop your full name and five-digit order number inside and on the return address label. If possible, please also provide a brief reason for the return.
We aim to process all refunds within 3–4 working days from the date we receive your return.

Please kindly note you will have to cover the cost of any return postage, import duties and taxes which occur when shipping the items back.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONAL BUNDLES: Please note if you need to return an order that came with a free gift you will need to return that gift or the price will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note our socks and soft water flasks are non returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
